Getting there, step by step

Arrive at London Bridge
Jubilee and Northern lines, plus National Rail from Gatwick, Brighton and the south-east. Buses 43, 141 and 521 stop outside.

Follow signs to Joiner Street
The entrance is inside the station complex on Joiner Street, not on the street outside. Look for the purple View from The Shard signage.

Check in and clear security
Show your booking on your phone, then an airport-style bag and body scan. Allow 10–15 minutes at busy slots.

Take the lift to Level 68
Two high-speed lifts, one change on Level 33, and roughly 60 seconds of travel. Then the doors open on London.
